Field Representative - Consumer Electronics
Are you at home on the sales floor, passionate about technology, and eager to share that enthusiasm with others? In this role, you will visit selected consumer electronics stores, train sales staff directly on-site, and ensure that innovative tech products are showcased effectively at the Point of Sale. Through your store visits, you will not only strengthen product knowledge among retail employees but also enhance brand visibility on the sales floor. Additionally, you will document your observations and actively contribute valuable feedback to the program's continuous development.

Your responsibilities
- Conducting store visits in pre-defined markets according to visit schedules
- Training and supporting retail sales staff on current technology products
- Monitoring and ensuring proper product presentation at the Point of Sale
- Documenting store visits, including reports, photos, and feedback via digital tools
- Sharing relevant market insights, customer feedback, and competitor observations with the project team
- Building and maintaining a professional, trusted relationship with retail partners on the sales floor
Your profile
- Several years of experience in stationary consumer electronics retail is required – ideally as a sales advisor on the shop floor
- Alternatively: experience in field sales (CE/IT sector), sales promotion, or as a brand ambassador/product trainer for brands like Samsung, Apple & Co.
- Passion for technological products and the ability to explain them in a clear and practical way
- Structured and self-reliant work style
- Friendly, reliable demeanor with strong customer orientation
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- High willingness to travel, valid driver’s license required
